These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you",your") and sgpools ("sgpools", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://sgpools.cam and all associated content, features and services.

Account Eligibility

• The personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete and your own.

Only one account per individual is permitted. The operation of multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods belonging to the same individual — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the cancellation of all associated balances and the permanent suspension of all involved accounts without prior notice.

Account Use and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your sgpools account. You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your username or password with any other person under any circumstances.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with or exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software malfunctions or display bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage or coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or transacting through third-party accounts.
• Providing false, misleading or fabricated information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Publishing, reproducing or distributing Platform content without written permission from sgpools.

You agree to notify sgpools immediately at the contact address below if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security incident involving your credentials.

Deposits and Withdrawals

sgpools supports a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank internet banking, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Online Banking, Public Bank online services and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency transfers.

5.1 General Payment Conditions

• All payment instruments used must be registered in the name matching your verified sgpools account.
• Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made through accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit thresholds and transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Typical starting points are in the range of RM50 to RM100 for e-wallet methods.
• Processing times quoted on the Platform are estimates only and are not contractually guaranteed.

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, KYC completion and review of active bonus conditions.
• Funds derived entirely from bonus balances that have not completed the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• sgpools reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed to the wallet address provided by the User; sgpools accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect address.

Bonuses and Promotions

sgpools may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, reload offers, cashback schemes, free bets and other incentives. The availability, value and conditions attached to each promotion are detailed on the relevant offer page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion is available once per eligible User unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winings become withdrawable. The multiplier applicable to each offer is stated clearly on the promotion page (for example: 10x, 18x or 35x).
• Promotional balances may expire after a stated period (commonly 7, 14 or 30 days). Expired bonuses and any unearned winings are forfeited.
• Maximum bet limits may apply while a bonus is active, typically in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500 per wager depending on the specific offer.
• Different game types contribute at different rates to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games may contribute 10%–20%. Specific rates are stated in the individual offer terms.
• sgpools reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Users who have already opted in to an offer retain any rights already acrued under its original terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any User found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through low-risk hedging strategies, use of multiple accounts or coordinated group wagering — will have bonus credits cancelled, associated winnings voided and the account reviewed for potential suspension. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of sgpools.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game outcomes on sgpools are determined by certified random number generation systems or, in the case of sports betting, by established market protocols. The following rules govern wagering activity on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted only while the relevant market or game is open. A bet placed during a technical interruption may be voided at sgpools' discretion.
• In the event of a palpable pricing error — including odds or values that are clearly incorrect — sgpools reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Sports betting outcomes for events involving Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC and other covered markets are settled in accordance with official results. Protests or revised results announced after initial settlement may trigger resettlement.
• Live betting markets for in-play football and other events are subject to latency and connectivity conditions. sgpools accepts no liability for bets placed as a result of delayed data presentation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and game type and are displayed prior to wager confirmation.

KYC Verification

In compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gambling obligations, sgpools requires Users to complete identity verification before certain account activities are enabled, including withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

Acceptable identity documents for Malaysian Users include:

• A valid Malaysian MyKad (national identity card).
• A valid Malaysian driving licence.
• A valid Malaysian or international passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming current residential address, dated within the preceding three months.
• A selfie holding the identity document where explicitly requested during the verification process.

Users must submit original, unmodified documents. Submission of altered, forged or incomplete documentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Responsible Gambling

Intellectual Property

All content published on the sgpools platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall selection and arrangement of materials — is the property of sgpools or its authorised content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial information purposes only. This licence does not permit: reproduction of Platform content for commercial use; modification or creation of derivative works; systematic data extraction or scraping; or framing or linking to the Platform in a manner that is misleading or disparaging.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sgpools and its officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, telecommunications outages or events outside our reasonable control.
• Gambling losses sustained by Users as a result of using the Platform.
• Any reliance placed by Users on the accuracy of information, processing time estimates or bonus value descriptions published on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total deposit amount transacted through your account in the thirty-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension and Termination

sgpools reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The User has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Continued operation of the account presents a financial, reputational, legal or regulatory risk to sgpools.
• The User is below the minimum age of 21 years.
• Suspicious activity, including potential money laundering or fraud, has been identified in connection with the account.

In the event of termination for cause, sgpools reserves the right to withold any outstanding balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimately acrued through fair play will be returned to the User following the conclusion of any investigation, unless prohibited by applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

sgpools reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If any revision is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Platform and close your account.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which sgpools is registered and operated. Malaysian Users acknowledge that they are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations relevant to online gambling and casino-related activities, including but not limited to the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and any subsequent amendments or related statutes.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith direct communication between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules agreed between the parties at that time, or, failing agreement, before a court of competent jurisdiction.
